Aging well is really about living well—there are no shortcuts. It’s true that it takes discipline and a bit of hard work at first to experiment and fine-tune our approach. But once we’re in the groove, doing our best and setting ourselves up for a life without regrets, there’s an incredibly liberating feeling that comes with it. It’s the joy of knowing we’re on the right path.

Welcome to the Boundless Aging community. The mere fact that you’re here exploring this site suggests that you’re curious about embracing a more vibrant and fulfilling way of life as you age. This curiosity is the spark that ignites growth, opening doors to new beginnings and, with the right mix of focus and determination, leading to a revitalized experience of life itself. 

I’m here to light the way forward, making it easier for you to navigate the often overwhelming advice on lifestyle changes. My mission is to simplify the process, helping you cut through the clutter of endless “shoulds” and “should nots,” enabling you to make impactful changes efficiently and effectively. More importantly, I’m here to ensure you stay true to yourself, assessing whether your current path aligns with the future you desire.

Coaching & mentoring

Private

With private coaching, you benefit from a customized approach that takes into account your specific circumstances, preferences, and unique goals. We work together to develop personalized strategies and action plans, as I provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement along the way.

Group coaching offers a fun and collaborative environment where you benefit from the shared experiences, collective wisdom, and mutual support from other participants. It  fosters a sense of community and accountability, as members inspire and motivate each other to stay committed to their goals.

Daily exercise is a core requirement of any successful aging strategy. It helps prevent heart disease, cancer, stroke, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, and more. And while it can seem daunting at times to get started, it can soon become second nature with the right guidance and support. Both group and personal coaching options are available as part of your aging strategy. 

There is more to retirement than saving money and having the time to spend it. Once the 8 to 10 month honeymoon period is over once retired, many find themselves unprepared for the emotional and psychological aspects of their new life. While it’s best to prepare a few years before retirement, it’s never too late to do a course correction if you find that things are not going as well as you hoped.
