Step 1: Clarify Your Vision

  • Define what “aging well” means to you.

  • Imagine your ideal future: How do you want to feel, move, and live in 5, 10, or 20 years?

  • Identify “why” this vision matters to you – connecting it to your core values ensures lasting motivation.

Example: “I want to stay active so I can keep hiking with my grandkids and travel well into my 80s. 

 

Step 2: Assess Your Present Reality

  • Take an honest inventory of your current habits, routines, and health markers.
  • Ask yourself: Are my actions today supporting the quality of life I want tomorrow?
  • Identify gaps between where you are now and where you want to be.

Example: ” I’m not as strong or energetic as I’d like because I rarely exercise.”

Step 3: Lay The Groundwork For Success

  • Bring together your insights from the previous two sessions.
  • Explore key success factors that support transformation. 
  • Learn how to stay resilient in a fast changing world. 
  • Shift from seeking happiness externally to choosing it from within.

Example:”I will build resilience by adapting to challenges and letting go of what I cannot control.”

Step 4: Commit to Change

  • Create small, manageable changes to your lifestyle that align with your vision and set you up for success.
  • Focus on consistency over perfection—momentum builds over time.
  • Celebrate progress and adjust as you go to stay on track.

Example: “I’ll start walking 20 minutes daily and eating more whole foods to improve my energy and mobility.”
