It’s a guided 10-week experience that helps you step back from the day-to-day, get clearer about what matters to you, and decide where you want to focus your attention.
From there, you create a path that fits your life and begin putting it into practice, one step at a time. You get to see what works, make adjustments along the way, and build confidence in the direction you’ve chosen.
