  2. Take Your Time: Print it out, cozy up with a cup of your favorite tea or coffee, and fill it out at your own pace.
  3. Meet & Greet: Schedule a complimentary session with me to go over your results and discuss any questions you might have.

That’s all there is to it! This is your chance to meet me without any commitment. After our session, you can decide if you want to explore further options or simply leave it there. Either way, you’re taking a fantastic step towards creating lifestyle changes that will improve your quality of life and ability to age well.

  • I offer personal fitness training focused on functional exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility for daily life. Each session is tailored to help you stay active, independent, and confident as you age.

Healthy Aging Essentials

4 Week Program

  • Start Date: TBA
  • Four one-hour group sessions on Monday nights at 7:00pm.
  • Each session will explore aging strategies to help you live your best life now and as you grow older.  
  • $147 +hst
