About This Session 

If you’re not quite ready to commit to a full program, this session gives you space to reflect on how you’re aging and what you want moving forward.

Not to fix everything at once. But to gain clarity and choose a thoughtful place to begin.

What we’ll explore 

You’ll be guided through a simple workbook designed to help you reflect and take stock of where you are right now.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Your mindset around aging

  • What matters most to you as you age — what you want to protect, maintain, or strengthen

  • How you see yourself today, and who you want to become in the years ahead

  • A simple self-review of the 12 Foundations

  • One meaningful area to focus on next

The workbook is something you can return to over time as your direction becomes clearer.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • A clearer picture of where you are today
  • A better understanding of the Aging by Design approach
  • One realistic focus to carry forward
