Exercise Essentials
4 Studio Sessions + One hour personal fitness assessment
A small-group exercise program for adults 50+ who want to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in a safe and supportive setting. This is a good place to start if you want to get moving again, build consistency, and feel stronger in everyday life.
Includes:
- one-hour personal fitness assessment
- four small-group studio sessions
- support and encouragement in a welcoming environment

Aging Clarity Session
A private session for adults 50+ who know something needs to change and are ready to make themselves a priority again.
This session gives you space to pause, sort through what matters most, and have a meaningful conversation about the kind of support or next steps that may help you move forward.
Includes:
- one private one-to-one session (phone or video call – your choice)
- space to talk through where you are and what matters most
- practical next steps to help you move forward with more clarity
Investment: $37 +hst
