Ready and Able Fitness Training takes the guesswork out of it. In four private studio sessions, we begin building the strength, balance, and stamina that everyday life — and the life you love — actually requires.

You’ll leave with a real foundation, exercises you can keep using on your own, and a clear sense of where to go next, whenever you’re ready.

What’s Included

Each session is built around you — your starting point, your goals, and the moments you want to feel ready for:

  • A personal assessment, so we know exactly where you’re starting from and what matters most to you
  • Four private studio sessions building real strength, balance, and stamina — for the stairs, the hike, the grandkids, whatever your “ready and able” looks like
  • Exercises you take home and keep using, with little or no equipment
  • Safe, well-paced progressions that challenge you without risking injury
  • Encouragement and support in a setting built for you, not a crowd

New: Ask about combining Ready and Able Fitness Training with Personal Coaching

  • 45 minutes of training followed by 45 minutes of  proactive aging coaching and mentoring, same session, same location


Who This Is For

Ready and Able Fitness Training is a good fit if you:
