You don’t always need a program. Sometimes what you need is someone who will listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help you think more clearly about what you actually want — and what might be getting in the way.
That’s what personal coaching and mentoring is about.
Through regular one-on-one sessions, we work on whatever matters most to you. Aging well looks different for everyone, and this is where we make it personal. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, rethinking what the next chapter looks like, working on a specific goal, or simply wanting to be more intentional about how you’re living — we work through it together, at your pace.
What We Might Work On
Every coaching relationship is different, but common themes include:

- Navigating transitions — retirement, health changes, shifting relationships, purpose

How It Works
We begin with a conversation to understand where you are and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we establish a rhythm that works for you — sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled regularly so we can build momentum over time.

- 45 minutes of fitness training followed by 45 minutes of personal coaching at the same location
