It’s a live 90-minute online session where you’re guided through the Aging by Design framework and given an eight-page workbook to help you reflect and identify where to focus first.
For many people, this session alone provides valuable clarity and direction. It’s a simple, low-barrier way to get started and decide what makes sense for you.
